"Jennifer notified me about a couple of special things that came up after we booked (new dining package and new nighttime show at MK), and made sure we could take advantage of them. She was also able to find a Florida resident discount for the in-laws that was previously non-existent. Long story even longer (HA!), Jennifer helped us plan a trip that included other family members for a portion of the vacation and just us for the rest, which could be a little complicated, especially with one family member having special needs. She never overstepped, and let me plan things when I wanted to do so. She texted us while we were in the parks to wish us a happy anniversary, which was especially nice! Even though we've been friends for a long time, I know Jennifer treats all her clients with the same personal touch and willingness to use her "pixie dust" to help make everyone's trip even more special (my one room request was to not have a view of a parking lot...Jennifer was able to request specific rooms that overlooked a beautiful wooded area, which was a nice touch!). "Jennifer helped me plan our families first visit to Disney in early February 2017. She was phenomenal to work with, from our very first conversation (a phone call while she was on vacation) asking me all sorts of random questions about what my family likes and our eating habits and what we want from a vaca. All these questions made sense because she picked the perfect hotel (Contemporary) for us, every meal reservation was on point and all the fast passes were the things we liked the most but didn't know what they were until we got there. I let her take the wheel completely and do all our fast passes and dining reservations. All our reservations and FP were well timed and close together so we weren't hoping back and forth across the park. She updated me every time a new promo came up and told me if I was eligible or not based on our dates ect. ect. I asked her a million and one questions which she always promptly answered and with detail and knowledge. She told me she would send out an information packet before we left and I think she should have called it a manual for Disney!! Everything you've ever read on any mom blog about tips and tricks and just general information about Disney was in this packet. Everything that I didn't have time to look up but definitely needed to know before I went. It even included extras like line buster trivia for the kiddo and maps of every park.
