Jennifer is the owner & founder of H11 Solutions, LLC. H11 Solutions provides solutions to three different needs you may have, be it for travel, design, or marketing for your small business.

So how did all this come about?

When Jennifer was 2 years old her parents took her to the Walt Disney World® Resort for the first time.  Her mom likes to tell the story about her waking them up on the first day there at 6 a.m.  "Jennifer, go back to sleep, Mickey isn't awake yet," she said.  Jennifer wisely replied, "But he will be when we get there!"  Little did they know they had a travel advisor in the making.

However, life happens as we all know. Jennifer took off to college and, after a brief stint thinking she would major in Musical Theatre, eventually graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture.

After spending some time in the Seattle area, Jennifer moved to the tiny little town of Gambrills, Maryland, which is situated between Washington, DC, Baltimore, and Annapolis, and started her career as an interior designer for a furniture dealership that serviced the greater DC area.

Longing to get back to her roots, she moved back to the great state of North Carolina in 2007 and has worked as a designer ever since.

But she longed for something more. In 2016, Jennifer joined The Curated Travel Collection (known then only as Ears of Experience) after feeling the need to do something Disney-related for a career. In the short time since, she has planned over 650 trips for clients all over the country and even the world, which placed her consistently in the top 2% of the company since her second year in business.

When Covid hit in 2020, the travel industry pivoted and so did Ears of Experience. If Covid taught us anything, it’s that time spent making memories with loved ones is incredibly important. Since then, Jennifer has expanded her offerings to encompass a multitude of destinations around the world, not just Disney and Universal.

Pivoting once again in 2023, Jennifer decided to branch out on her own with the formation of H11 Solutions, LLC - one company that encompasses all of her interests, from travel, to design, to small business marketing. Jennifer still enjoys her creative side as Director of Design for Grier Interiors in Charlotte, NC. If you have any commercial design or furniture needs, she’s your gal!

Jennifer is a native of Denver, NC where she and her family currently live. A child of God, Jennifer enjoys sharing her love of Jesus with others and feels it a true blessing to be able to help you find solutions for whatever your needs may be - from travel, to design, to small business marketing.

Jennifer also enjoys suspenseful movies & books, a good bottle of wine, horseback riding with her boys, listening to Christmas music in October, and traveling whenever she can (of course!) with her husband of 13 years and twin boys, who know more about Disney at age 10 than most people do in a lifetime.

She is an active member of her church, singing in the Praise Band with her husband and best friend, and is currently head of the - you guessed it! - travel & trips committee of the Family Life Team. She also works with the children at the church and enjoys teaching them about God’s love and faithfulness. She is constantly amazed by the blessings that her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ bestows upon every aspect of her life. God is good!
